3 individual adjacent burial plots for sale ($19,000 per plot) in a prime roadside location in the older section of Park Lawn Cemetery in Toronto (Plot 293 Section N.) A maximum of two caskets and three cremated remains may be buried in each plot. Where two caskets are to be interred in the same grave, the first casket will be buried at extra depth. These plots are offered for sale either individually or together as 3 adjacent plots. No HST is applicable upon transfer but a cemetery imposed deed transfer fee of $340 ( HST) is required to be paid by the buyer (per plot if sold individually or a one-time charge if all three plots are sold togther).
