Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Desk Agent/Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, managing client communications, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing incoming emails and correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Data entry and maintaining office files
• Assisting with inventory and office supplies management
• Providing general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
• Previous experience in an office setting is an asset
