Front Office Engagement Specialist - Make Every Guest Feel Welcome!

[Antique store] is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Office Engagement Specialist. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
* Manage phone calls and emails professionally
* Maintain a clean and organized front office area
* Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
