Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
