TORONTO: Part-Time Corporate Administrative Assistant (Flexible Hours)

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in PowerPoint, graphic design, and marketing to support our business operations and branding efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations with a professional and engaging design
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and promotional content
- Support branding initiatives and maintain consistency across all marketing materials
- Conduct market research and assist with marketing campaigns
- Provide general support to the executive team as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.), and marketing strategies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in corporate environments is a plus

- Position Details:
- Part-time, flexible hours
