We are hiring **reliable and hardworking** individuals for our window and gutter cleaning team in the Greater Toronto Area. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a great team – this job is for you!

**What We Offer:**
- $23–$30/hr (base performance bonuses)
- Paid training – No experience necessary
- Full-time seasonal work (April–December)

**What You'll Do:**
- Clean windows, gutters, and exterior surfaces of homes
- Use ladders and power washing equipment safely
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work efficiently in teams to complete jobs on time

**What We're Looking For:**
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on ladders (training provided)
- Reliable transportation is required must be able to transport ladders & equipment)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Previous work experience in the field (bonus, not required)
- Must pass background check
