Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-Time

• Location: 2883 Danforth Avenue, Toronto ON M4C1M3

• Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week

• Start Date: April 1st, 2025

• Experience Needed: 6 months to 1 year preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

• Language: English (Bilingual in another language is a plus)


Responsibilities:


• Greet patients in a warm and professional manner

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

• Confirm upcoming appointments and manage patient records

• Process payments and insurance claims

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth workflow


Requirements:

Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist is an asset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and organized

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
