Job Overview:
We are seeking an experience Certified Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and possess mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently.
Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues based on customer descriptions and inspection
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed for repairs
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed on vehicles
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and guidelines
- Read and interpret vehicle schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems
- Familiarity with dealership procedures and standards is a plus
