A Mediterranean-Canadian Quick Service Restaurant is seeking a hardworking individual for the position of Supervisor in the York Mills area.
Your vibe and experience - While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage staff, Scheduling, Hiring and providing them with constructive feedback and training while maintaining a high level of employee morale; creating a culture that helps deliver the best quick service restaurant experience
• Inventory management and order supplies
• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make decisions on matters of importance to guest service
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints
• Responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives
• Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities.
• Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, uniforms and appearance standards
• Inspect Open/Close restaurant in accordance with daily checklists and set standards
• Enforce Company Policies and Procedures with Cash handling & reconciliation
• Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics; Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff & exceptional organizational skill
