Email Administrative Specialist Wanted!

Job Description:
In this role, you'll be responsible for smoothly managing different administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent support to our clients.

Your responsibilities will involve managing emails with clients, handling orders, and responding to inquiries.

Requirements:
- You should have a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- It's important to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and financial data
* Assist with the preparation and processing of client documents and forms
* Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized office environment

What You'll Do:
- Handle and prioritize incoming emails with professionalism
- Keep our email database organized and up to date
- Schedule meetings and appointments based on email correspondence
- Create summaries and reports from email interactions
- Work closely with other teams to improve email processes

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Familiarity with email management tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage

Work Schedule:
- Full-time/part time Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
