We are seeking a charismatic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on connecting with homeowners and helping them bring their renovation visions to life. What You'll Be Doing:
Selling high-quality home renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, home additions, and basement suites.
Contacting, following up, and nurturing all provided leads.
Cold calling to increase lead generation and find new clients.
Meeting homeowners in person, building relationships, and gathering all the necessary details for accurate estimates.
Utilizing video capturing apps and other digital tools to document project needs effectively.
Guiding homeowners through the renovation process in a storytelling, engaging, and inviting way.
Working closely with our design and operations teams to ensure smooth project hand-offs.
Becoming an influencer-type presence, making clients feel confident, excited, and informed about their renovations.
Networking and gathering new leads by attending company events, engaging with potential clients, and treating everyone as a referral opportunity.
Acting as the face of PHS Renovations at events, networking functions, and social opportunities to grow our lead list and foster relationships.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and improve our client engagement efforts.
Ensuring consistent follow-through with leads and clients, just as we do throughout the entire renovation process—communication and lead management are essential.
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years), preferably in home renovations, real estate, construction, interior design or a related field.
You actively seek out new business relationships and enjoy cold calls
Baseline knowledge of construction terminology—you don't need to be a contractor, but you should understand the language of renovations.
A natural people-person with a magnetic personality—someone who can connect, relate, and build trust effortlessly.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Tech-savvy enough to use video capturing apps and digital sales tools effectively.
Highly organized and proactive, with a go-getter attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (this role involves travel to clients' homes).
