Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Chef who can work on both curries and tandoor to join our restaurant in Toronto. The ideal candidate must have experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine including curries, biryanis, tandoori dishes, and Indian breads.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare traditional Indian dishes with high-quality ingredients
2. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
3. Develop and modify recipes to enhance menu offerings
4. Manage kitchen staff and food inventory
5. Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience as an Indian Chef
2. Knowledge of Tandoor cooking and spice blending techniques
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
4. Food handling certification
5. Legally authorized to work in Canada
