Are you a detail-oriented, proactive, and personable individual with excellent communication and multitasking abilities? A reputable Property Management firm is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the Property Manager at a vibrant condominium complex in downtown Toronto (M4Y 2X3).

Key Responsibilities
Manage Property Management requests to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle administrative tasks and respond to inquiries from the Board of Directors, Residents, Staff, and Contractors with professionalism and confidentiality.
Maintain courteous and efficient communication via phone, email, and mail.
Prepare and distribute official notices, letters, and forms.
Operate and maintain BuildingLink (training provided) and manage other office accounts.
Keep updated contact lists for residents and contractors.
Organize, file, and archive condominium records.

Qualifications
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and comfortable with web-based account management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in property management, customer service, or accounts payable/receivable is an asset.

Preferred Experience
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Position Details
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 32 hours/week
Location: On-site (This is not a remote position)
