Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment (e.g., conveyors, mixers, packaging machines).

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., GMP, OSHA, HACCP) during repairs.

Maintain logs of maintenance activities and equipment conditions.

Collaborate with production teams to prioritize urgent repairs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a food manufacturing or industrial setting.

Knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, and welding (preferred).

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
