The lots are side by side; being #'s 170 B3 and 170 B4 in the beautiful Garden of Christus. Their dimensions are nine (9) feet by three (3) feet four (4) inches.
They can be used for casket burial and two (2) urn/or three (3) urns can be placed on one plot.
According to Glendale cemetery, the lots are worth approximately eight thousand five hundred and eighty five dollars ($8585.00) each, plus tax. We would like to sell for nine thousand six hundred and ten dollars ($9610.00) for both plots. Prefer not to sell them separately. This price also includes the deed transfer fee and ownership change of both plots.
