It is a great little spot for a couple or with one child.
The large bedroom with sitting area and dining space, walks out onto a large deck. The backyard is all fenced for privacy. There is also a sunroom for days that aren't hot or for evening away from the bugs.
This space is private and easily accessible. It has only one step inside the door, for persons with limited mobility.
There is a Queen bed and a sofa for sleeping. A dining table, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes.
The heat pump keeps you cool throughout the summer or warm on a chilly day.
The bathroom has tub and shower with lots of towels
Getting around.....we are 15 minutes away from Melmerby beach, 20 minutes to P.E.I. ferry terminal, 45 minutes to Truro and 2 hours to Cape Breton causeway.
Rent is $100.00 per night for a couple. Kids and pets (well behaved pets) are free. I am taking bookings for June 16th to November 1st , 2025.
