Hello... There will be one room available between Belleville and Trenton Ontario to rent to a studious, respectful and fairly quiet Loyalist college student or working professional. We have a rabbit who is in his little fence area in the living room, so a suitable candidate would idealy not mind being in the same house as a rabbit.
Rent would be all inclusive (parking if you need it, wifi, hydro), and you would have your own private room with the sharing of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and usage of laundry room, and backyard with one/sometimes two people. All other spaces in house are completely off limits as they are homeowners private spaces. Room is available from April 26th and would be either for a month to month or four month term (until sept 1st), which could possibly be renewed Nov.1st
Confirmation of enrollment at school in Belleville (like Loyalist college, if student) or surrounding area required, as well as first and last month rent required.
Some cookware will be available to you as well as the garden, and a designated presetup guest area in bathroom with some toiletries if needed.
There are houserules but all are very straightforward.
