Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team. As a key member of the farm, you will assist in all aspects of farm operations, from planting and harvesting to maintenance and general care of the farm's equipment.

Responsibilities
• Assist with planting, tending, and harvesting crops
• Maintain farm equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
• Perform general farm maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Keep accurate records of farm activities
• Work closely with farm management to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications
• Previous farm or agricultural experience is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of farm operations and equipment is a plus.
• Experience with GPS-guided farm equipment.
• Valid Class 1A is a asset
