Job Responsibilities:
Knock on doors and speak directly to homeowners in target neighborhoods

Set up in-person meetings with potential clients to discuss renovation services

Educate homeowners on our services, including painting, flooring, bathroom renovations, and more

Promote our workshops and community events aimed at empowering women and families

Build relationships with clients and generate new leads through your networking

Provide timely follow-ups and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right candidates!

Comfortable with cold-calling and knocking on doors

Excellent communication skills—must be personable, approachable, and professional

Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated mindset

A genuine interest in home improvement and working with a diverse team

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
