Key Responsibilities

· Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and manage accurate invoices for customers in a timely manner.

· Cash Handling: Balance the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift. Collect cash and issue receipts accurately.

· Payment Processing: Process customer payments, including cash and electronic transactions, and reconcile accounts.

· Accounts Receivable: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments to ensure timely collection.

· Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, payments, and cash transactions.

· Reporting: Generate and maintain financial reports on invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash balances for management and audit purposes.

· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office processes.

· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve discrepancies in billing or cash transactions and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and purchasing teams, to ensure financial accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications

· Cash Handling Experience: Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.

· Billing Expertise: Experience with invoicing and managing accounts receivable in a financial or operational setting.

· Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and precision in financial recordkeeping and transaction processing.

· Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, spreadsheets, and general office tools.

· Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions effectively.

· Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
