Never worn black dress, sleeveless, by Alfred Sung . It says Large but I think more medium . Use measures. Never worn. Has matching tie. belt loops. Dress has spandex so fits nicely around body so not wanting it small - should hand freely and not be snug. Make a nice office one.
Note: there are no zippers .
