Crew Manager: This role goes beyond painting, offering an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills by managing a team of 2-3 individuals. As a Crew Manager, you'll oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring operations run seamlessly and that team members are engaged and satisfied with their work. Qualifications:
• While owning a vehicle is not mandatory, having access to one is highly beneficial, as reliable transportation to and from job sites is essential.
• Availability to work the majority of the summer season, from April to August.
• Physical capability to handle ladders and other equipment during the workday.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation:
• Earn $12,000 - $19,000 in the summer, depending on efficiency and quality of work
