Remote Customer Sales & Service Representative

About the job

We provide Business Development Centre services for the auto and powersports industry for more than 20 years. We need an experienced individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who enjoys working with customers by phone and email, obtaining customer feedback and selling extended coverage.

This is a unique opportunity very well suited to someone who may be looking for an interesting way to earn supplemental income. This is a contract position that pays an hourly rate plus commission on plans sold. Our customer base stretches from coast to coast with most of the customer contact occurring in the evening based on the customers location.

This position is best suited to an individual who can work on their own with minimal direct supervision and is able to learn and apply our software applications using a high-speed internet connection in their home.

Responsibilities
• Provide general sales support (product explanation, contract preparation and payment processing).
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
• Good proficiency with data entry.

Requirements
• A quiet home office work environment.
• High speed internet.
• Computer (minimum Windows 11 Operating System).
• Full version of Microsoft Word

Qualifications
• 3 years of sales experience, with auto or powersports background being especially helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Available Monday through Thursday.
