Meadowlands Golf Club hiring kitchen staff for the 2025 season.

This position will require availability until October 15.

A successful candidate will possess the following skills:
-general kitchen/cooking knowledge an asset.
-must be comfortable with line cooking.
-experience with tournaments/banquet meals an asset;
-must know how/be comfortable with BBQing
-must be able to take direction from others and work in a team-oriented environment;
-must be independent, mature, punctual, professional and able to multi-task;
-able to accommodate any shift including evenings, weekends, and long weekends;
-must have reliable transportation;

License/Certification:
Food safe certificate (preferred)

Job Duties:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
Other duties as requested
Tournament/banquet prep knowledge.
BBQ knowledge.
