I've worked in the roofing industry for over a decade, so I have a lot of experience with different roofing systems.

My expertise includes flat roofs (SBS modified, BUR, and single-ply). That's how I gained experience with sheet metal work, including coping and Blueskin applications, and I'm proficient in using a brake to fabricate my own flashings.

I also have experience with sloped roofs, performing corrective repairs, replacing damaged plywood, and correcting structural roofing problems.

I can handle replacement and installation of all sorts of roofing materials: shingles, cedar shakes, composite shakes, slate tiles, metal shingles, clay shingles, etc. Last season, I worked on three projects using snap-lock systems from Westman Steel and Vicwest.

I also have prior experience with standing seam, copper work, custom aluminum, window flashings & caulking, cladding installation (James Hardie), commercial steel siding, eavestrough installation, and windows. As a bonus, I can repair chimneys, do tuck-pointing and basic framing, concrete, and waterproofing.

I'm always eager to expand my skill set and learn new techniques.
