Hello! I'm Lauren, and I'm here to help children find their voice, navigate their emotions, and build the confidence they need to thrive. With a kind and caring approach, I work with children to address challenges like anxiety, behavior struggles, social difficulties, and more. Together, we'll create a safe space where your child can explore their feelings, learn coping skills, and develop positive habits that last a lifetime. Whether it's through fun activities, creative play, or simple conversations, my goal is to help your child feel supported and understood every step of the way.

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, with over 10 years experience, I offer educational support for children with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. I will be practicing under the supervision of Camila Espana, RSW, who is an experienced family therapist. Her specialties include: adoption, family conflict, parenting, and divorce.
