Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
