Automotive Locksmith – Full-Time

We are looking for a full-time, experienced automotive locksmith or vehicle technician with strong diagnostic and electrical skills to join our team at Monty's Locksmith, one of the highest-rated automotive locksmith companies in Canada.

Job Responsibilities:
Cut and program car keys and fobs for various makes and models

Diagnose and repair ignition issues

Perform lock picking and rekeying

Use scan tools for vehicle diagnostics (no-starts, module programming, etc.)

Drive company van to service appointments

Upsell services when appropriate

Keep inventory organized and submit job reports through mobile system

Requirements:
Experience in automotive locksmithing or auto electrical diagnostics

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Comfortable working outdoors and evenings

Strong English and communication skills

Confident with technology (phones, software, scan tools)

Sales-oriented mindset is a big plus

Pay & Benefits:
$28–$32.50/hour (based on experience)
Commission on upsells

Full training in locksmithing if needed

Schedule:
Full-time, 44 hours/week

Overtime and some weekends/evenings required

Pick up and drop off van at shop daily
