Now Hiring: Experienced Spray Foam Installer

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Foam Installer to join our team. If you bring experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Location: Projects are primarily located in Toronto and the GTA. Additional compensation is provided for work outside a 60 km radius of our head office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow directions from the Foreman or Superintendent
• Install spray foam in walls, ceilings, ductwork, and basement slabs in accordance with company standards
• Assess job site conditions and perform material quantity takeoffs
• Operate spray foam equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Prepare job sites by protecting floors, windows, and surrounding areas
• Adhere strictly to all spray foam safety protocols
• Troubleshoot and maintain spray foam equipment as needed
• Perform cleanup and waste disposal after each job
• Conduct walkthroughs with clients and building officials
• Set up and dismantle scaffolding when required
• Enforce and follow company safety policies and maintain a clean worksite
• Accurately clock in/out and provide a daily log of tasks performed
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within project scope
• Train apprentices and new hires as needed

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spray foam application for mid-sized residential or commercial construction projects
• Valid Spray Foam License – CUFCA or equivalent
• Certifications: WHMIS and Working at Heights
• Strong knowledge of building codes and performance standards
• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, tools, and techniques
• Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy tools and materials
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job conditions
