Used 2019 sunset trail 289qb RV

Bought brand new in 2019 and used for the past 6 years. More photos to come when it comes out of storage in the next week or two. There are no major issues with this trailer. Couple of dings and scratches as it has been used but overall is in good shape. The new updated model sells for $62,999 hst and this model year is sold used for 35-38k. We would like for it to find its next family with a little bit of the gear we have used for $27,500.

Newer queen size mattress in private front bedroom.
Quad bunk in back with risible top bunk and dinette. Rails made and installed for top bunks as kids have been known to fall out…….Main dinette and jackknife sofa in living area via slide out which is in order working order. Will sleep 8-10 people. Toilet sink and shower in bathroom all functioning. Bath fan not currently working. Solid surface counter with undermount sink. Gas oven and cooktop and working microwave. Fridge runs on electric or propane. Furnace runs on propane. Air conditioner unit works on 30 amp breaker connection. Insulated as 4 season unit and is very warm. There is a 15 foot long awning with no tears and built in exterior lighting. Outdoor kitchen boasts a cooktop and fridge. Large pass through for storage in front. Always winterized, has never seen snow. Always stored from Thanksgiving until May long weekend. Overall in good condition, normal wear and tear.
