Job Description:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Exterior/Interior Craftsperson Apprentice to join our crew. No painting experience? No problem! We'll train you from the ground up to prep, paint, and protect homes while working outdoors and Indoors. If you're eager to learn, love teamwork, and thrive in a hands-on role, this is your chance to grow into a skilled painter. There is potential for this to be a one to two year position with room to grow.

What You'll Do:
Assist with prepping surfaces (Masking windows, Taping, scraping, sanding, cleaning).
Help apply primers and paints to house exteriors and interiors under guidance.
Set up and clean up job sites, keeping tools, ladders, and areas tidy.
Protect homeowners' property (plants, windows, driveways) with care.
Learn to work safely with ladders, scaffolds, and outdoor equipment.
Collaborate with our crew to deliver stunning results on time.

Persistence/Endurance: Resilience to handle physical work, long days, and outdoor conditions (sun, wind, or cold).
Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods).
Reliable transportation and willingness to work at various job sites.
Bonus: Any experience in manual labor, construction, or customer service is a plus but not required.
G license and Vehicle
