Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Hardscape Installer to help bring our outdoor projects to life. This role involves the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor, fire pits, and other custom landscape features.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret landscape plans and layouts
• Prepare and grade installation sites
• Install a variety of hardscape materials including pavers, natural stone, and concrete blocks
• Safely operate power tools and machinery (saws, compactors, skid steers, etc.)
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and adhere to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
