Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Provide accurate moving quotes and explain services clearly

Follow up with leads and close sales

Coordinate bookings with the dispatch team

Maintain records using CRM and Excel

What We're Looking For:
Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Bilingual is a strong asset

Experience in sales or customer service

Comfortable using Excel, email, and basic office software

Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Familiar with GTA and the Nearby areas
