Crew Management: Organizing and directing the crew based on the expectations of the OSR or project manager.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolving issues that arise during operations and resolving problems before they occur during operations.
Equipment: Ensuring equipment is functioning optimally and preforming preventative maintenance repairs and rebuilds. Keeping equipment logs and certs up to date.
Training and evaluation: Guiding new and experienced operators to improve their skill and performance and mentor them into a better understanding of their job scope.
The past 12 years of my life have been focused on well-testing, before that I have worked different jobs that helped me succeed in my well-testing career.
Pipeworx
Operate RTFL and skid steer in a safe manor. Regular equipment checks and maintenance. Keep fab shop clear of pipe, after pipe is x-rayed move pipe to oven. Place pipe evenly in oven, Move pipe to sand blasting and paint, after pipe is painted load on to highboys for transport. Other duties included crane swamper, pipefitters helper.
Skills / Certifications:
Class 5 with Q endorsement, H2S alive, First Aid Alberta and BC, CSTS, Arial Lift Platform and Fall Arrest. I am able to openly express ideas, negotiate and resolve differences, think critically to resolve differences. I have a strong ability to coordinate and complete tasks and delegate to co-workers effectively. I am hard working and mechanically inclined. I have worked pipeline, water and sewer, core drilling, ICF block construction.
