Job responsibilities:
Receive customer inquiries and answer questions through online channels (chat tools/emails, etc.);
Handle basic business such as orders and after-sales, and record customer needs;
Maintain customer relationships and improve service satisfaction.
Job requirements:
Express clearly, be patient and meticulous;
Candidates with customer service/sales experience are preferred, and those without experience can be trained;
Full-time employees need to work in shifts, and part-time employees have high flexibility in hours and can work from home.
