We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily prep tasks, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and cooking support
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support the chef and kitchen team with any additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Must have SIN number and permit to work in Canada
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knife skills and a good understanding of kitchen safety
