*Me and my 9 yr old live upstairs with our pets.
*Older SUPER quiet private gentleman lives in the basement.
*We have one more room to fill in the basement!!!
*Shared bathroom, own living room ( two loveseats, TV stand, side table)
*shared kitchen with me and the kiddo, shared laundry but it's in the basement. I go down once a week for laundry.
*Furnished basically ( bed, dresser)
* looking for another quiet, non partying, individual.
*can talk about a single pet but a monthly deposit would be necessary and you'd have to provide your own bed.
