Summer Sales Rep

Looking for a summer job that gets you outside, pays well, and helps you build real skills?
We're a student-run company that offers residential and commercial painting and pressure washing services. We're looking for outgoing and motivated people to join our sales team this summer.
You'll be out in the field, talking to homeowners and business owners, generating leads, and helping us grow across Waterloo and Kitchener. It's flexible, commission-based, and a great way to develop confidence, communication, and people skills that'll serve you well in anything you do next.

The Role:
⏰ 20 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Commission-based pay – top reps earn $30–$50 /hr equivalent
Based in Waterloo & Kitchener
Runs until end of August
️ Work outside all summer, stay active, and talk to people

What You'll Be Doing:
• Going door-to-door in local neighbourhoods and business areas
• Generating leads through in-person conversations and word-of-mouth networking
• Promoting our residential and commercial painting/pressure washing services
• Booking free estimates or closing deals on the spot
• Representing our team with confidence and professionalism

We're Looking For:
• Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, consistent, and organized
• No experience needed – full training provided
