Job Title: Licensed Truck Coach Mechanic & Truck Coach Mechanic Apprentice (2 Jobs available )

Location: Massey, ON.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Day shift only, no weekends.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

About Us:
We are a busy, well-established fleet shop specializing in the maintenance and repair of trucks, tractor trailers, and refrigerated units. Known for our fast turnaround times and commitment to quality, we're looking for a Licensed Truck Coach Mechanic and truck coach mechanic apprentice to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues on tractor trailers, trucks, and reefer units
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure compliance with MTO, Parsons and company standards
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, air brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and refrigeration units
• Maintain detailed work orders and repair logs
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing safety
• Coordinate with management and other shop staff as needed

Qualifications:
• Valid Truck Coach Mechanic 310t Licence
• Experience with transport trucks, trailers, and reefer units
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with electronic diagnostic tools and repair software
• Valid driver's license (DZ or AZ an asset)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented
