With this growth, our company is in search of an Administrative Assistant.
An administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Their duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Providing administrative support to management, employees, current and potential clients.
● Handling office duties such as answering the phones and filing.
● Maintaining Excel databases with job tagging of current projects.
●Assist with reconciliation of employee visas and vendor statements.
●Checking emails and assuring information received is attended to in a timely manner and distributed to necessary departments.
Skills that will be an asset:
●Experience in administration
●Telephone etiquette
●Microsoft Office – Excel, Teams & Outlook
●Self motivation
●Time management
●Sage 50
The position will be from Monday – Friday, 9-5, on site. Only successful candidates will be contacted for an interview.
