We're on the lookout for an experienced, reliable, and quality-obsessed house cleaner to join our cleaning crew starting this May. We already have over 70 cleans booked (and counting), so we're not messing around — we need someone who's ready to hit the ground scrubbing!

This isn't your average cleaning gig. We're looking for a strong candidate who has real, hands-on experience and doesn't need their hand held through the basics. Minimal training will be provided at the start, but we expect you to bring your A-game from day one.

What You'll Make:

Earn $25–$30/hr, depending on:
• Your reliability (we love a dependable human)
• Your availability and flexibility
• Your willingness to drive further distances
• Quality of work (we notice the details)
• Customer feedback (they need to love you as much as we do)
• Your professional experience

Training hours are minimal, and will be paid at a training rate. Your final rate per hour will be adjusted shortly after to accommodate what you deserve.

Work hours can be anywhere from 20-40 hours per week.

Must-Haves:
• Your own vehicle (non-negotiable / dealbreaker)
• Your own cleaning supplies (we'll guide you on what's needed)
• A positive attitude and zero drama. Our team is upbeat, professional, and kind — good vibes only!

Most of your scheduled cleans will be within a reasonable driving distance from your home. That said, we are expanding, and occasionally a job may pop up that's a bit farther than usual. You're always welcome to decline those longer drives — no pressure — but just know that your willingness to travel can be one of the factors that contributes to earning the higher end of the pay range.
