Job Title: General Labourer – Residential Renovations

About the Role:
We're seeking a General Labourer to join our residential Renovation team. If you're eager to learn the ropes of residential construction, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We offer a supportive and safe environment where you'll gain experience on various residential renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general tasks such as demolition, site prep, and clean-up
Load and unload materials and tools
Help skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, flooring, and other residential tasks
Set up and maintain job sites to ensure they are safe and organized
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on-site
Perform other physical tasks as assigned


What We're Looking For:

Hardworking and reliable with a willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work well within a team
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Positive attitude and a commitment to safety
Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of residential construction is an asset
