Greetings prospective renters, I have this large living room style basement bedroom available at my home May 1st.

It's $1000 a month, first and last is required. The room is large, 21 ‘ 10 x 11'3 , it has a nice large window, it has it's own AC and Fireplace. We have 2 bathrooms in the house and one shared kitchen. The kitchen is kept clean and the house in general is cleaner than most. Parking is included and all utilities, good wifi.

This home is different than most because I live here too. I am needy around cleanliness but in general I like to keep simple rules that are mutually beneficial for everyone. I do share some food.

No pets, only one person occupancy.

The other three renters are brothers from India and they work a lot, very polite and nice to be around.
