Bathroom:

- Demo existing ceramic tiles and install new ones - there are 10 tiles, 12" x 24"
- Install wall to wall vanity along with splash guards and sink faucet
- Install towel paper holder and towel rack
- Install shower trim set - this is a tricky one because the shower is complete already, and the existing valve must be changed, which will require cutting some tiles and patching the backer board to install the new tiles - please have experience with that

The above is 90% of the work. Beyond that, there are some small items that need to be completed.
- Apply caulking to several spots along baseboards
- Join two baseboards in spot, on a down step
- Install a small floor tile and trim piece
- Tiny bit of drywall finish work
