The kitchen and living room are shared with a 40" TV. Includes full size fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, air conditioner, shower, and oval bathtub. 
Large closet with mirrors in private bedroom, with cupboard and drawer space. Front door sliding entrance. Extra parking space available for tenant.

3 grocery stores, pharmacy, convenient stores, gas station, hardware store, library, all within a 10 min walk. 5 min walk to the sea. Parlee beach and the warf, just minutes away.

The rental period is from June 1st to Aug 31st.  One, two, or three month rental.  Short term rental. No visitor policy.
$850 monthly rental for one person. $1200 monthly rental for 2 people.

The trailer is shared with myself. I am looking for a roommate of the same gender(female).

I enjoy spending my summers by the sea, in Shediac.  I have previous working experience as an interprovince medical delivery driver for 8 years.
 
In person viewings will take place at the trailer, before applicable ID is to be shown.  Deposit can be accepted after  viewing.
The photos were originally taken when I bought the trailer. The TV, bedding, etc will be set up at viewing.
