Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Team Lead to oversee a small crew and manage the day-to-day operations of our service-oriented business. In this role, you will be responsible for running daily activities, ensuring the efficient completion of tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service. A large part of your role will also involve sales, as you will be expected to book new work and maintain client relationships. You will lead a team of 2 people and handle a variety of tasks, including window cleaning (interior and exterior), power washing, and cleaning eavestroughs for both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 2 crew members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the business
Oversee and perform residential and commercial window cleaning services (interior and exterior)
Supervise power washing of exterior surfaces, including driveways, patios, and siding
Clean eavestroughs and downspouts for residential and commercial properties
Take ownership of the sales process: prospect, book, and confirm new jobs
Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring jobs meet client expectations
Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service
Track and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites
Travel between job sites within the region (valid driver's license preferred)
