Larger room of 2 bedroom apartment in Lindsay Ontario available for May 1st. 1st month rent required only as frist and last has already been paid by myself. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your requirements I have a single bed available that you can use if needed. The apartment is already fully furnished and has all the dishes and pots and pans required for cooking needs so you do not need to bring anything with you other than your own personal items unless otherwise wanted. Rent is 1022.50 per month and is all inclusive. I am also happy to split the cost of groceries etc. if this is something you are interested in. I am a fairly quiet woman whos 42 I keep to myself and tend to keep the apartment fairly clean. I am easy to get along with, I do not make a fuss about too much, I will talk to you with respect and try to calmly work out any differences in a mature and respectful way if any differences do arise between us.
