Escalade Homes is a Prince Albert based company offering RTM / Modular housing sales, project management & construction services primarily within Saskatchewan.

We require a dependable Carpenter & Construction Labourers with residential construction experience with strong skills in carpentry, interior/exterior repairs, basic plumbing and electrical. Installation of various wall finishes (drywall, paneling, etc.), also experience with exterior work such as installation of siding and roofing an asset. Must have a valid drivers license and be bondable. (Skid Steer certification an asset)

The successful candidate will also be expected to work with:
• setting foundation
• interior/exterior finishing (siding, shingles)
• some millwork and tile
• flooring
• deck construction


Duties:
• read construction drawings and related documents
• work with power tools, table saws, etc.
• finish/renovate homes to the highest standards
• carry out instructions - work well alone or part of a small crew
• maintain a safe work site

Wage: Depending on experience & safety tickets/certifications held.
Experience: 3-5 years
Travel: as per company policy / various locations
Work Conditions: consistent 5 day work week depending on project schedule
