Wilderness Village is a 5 Star RV resort owned and controlled (completely debt free) by its Shareholding Members. It is located 10 minutes west of Rocky Mountain House. The website has good information on membership, amenities, maps etc. and people are encouraged to contact the resort with questions.
We are selling the member ship for $25,000.00.
This year's fees have already been paid. The transfer fee will be the responsibility of the purchaser and would be payable directly to Wilderness Village.
