Hi we are very sad we have to sell our beautiful home away from home This trailer is in very very very excellent condition not one thing is wrong everything is in working condition 1 have installed 4 new stabilizing jacks the ones that were on it we're kind of weak Furniture is in excellent condition no tears no wear it has 2 tv And a lot of things that comes with it no leaks no problem with the tip out 3 holding tanks one fresh water tank tires are in excellent condition ( this has never seen winter)(has never been smoked in)it has only been on the road 5 camping trips to Algonkin provincial Park it has been on my friends property from the day we bought it lots of storage electric awning in perfect condition no rips or where
